A volunteer board directs the Cody Country Chamber of Commerce. Volunteers serve for three years and officers are elected at the beginning of each new year. In addition, all directors must be Chamber members in good standing to receive nomination. All Chamber members in good standing will receive a ballot at the end of each year so they may vote for new directors.
